For sales teams

Your reps stop practicing on real customers

As much call practice as a rep needs, against an AI customer who objects, interrupts, and does not accept excuses. Every session is scored. You see who is ready before they pick up the phone.

The problem

Why sales training keeps not sticking

01

New reps take months to produce

Officially they finished onboarding. In practice they are not ready, and customers are already calling. Every awkward first call is a deal you lose without ever hearing about it.

02

Objections get rehearsed on live customers

Passing a test is not a skill. The first time a rep meets a hard price objection should not be the first time they answer one. Right now, it usually is.

03

You cannot listen to every call

One coach, several offices, dozens of reps. You physically choose who gets feedback this week. The rest go in unprepared, and you know it.

04

Experienced reps fall out of training

A veteran sells well enough, so nobody looks at what they leave on the table. Later never comes, and the gap stays in the number.

How it works

A full training loop, not just a simulation

01

Build the scenario

A new scenario takes about 15 minutes and no IT ticket. New product, new pricing, new script: your team builds it and the reps train on current material the next day.

02

Run the call by voice

The rep talks to an AI customer built on your real buyers. It objects, changes its mind, runs out of patience. The rep learns to hold the conversation under pressure.

03

Debrief right after

Not a PDF to read later. A live conversation about where exactly the customer was lost, what to say instead, and how to open differently. No waiting for the coach, no fear of a dumb question.

04

Go again

The rep starts a new session immediately, already knowing what to fix. Reps improve between Tuesday and Thursday, not between quarterly workshops.

Two audiences, one tool

What the rep gets, what the leader gets

The rep

  • Practice any time, as many attempts as they want
  • A safe place to fail, with no audience and no manager watching
  • Feedback in seconds, tied to what they actually said
  • A clear answer to "what do I fix first" before the next real call
  • Rehearsal for one specific upcoming meeting, not generic drills

The leader

  • A skill score per rep: structure, discovery, objections, next step
  • Readiness of a new hire without sitting through a single call
  • The objections the whole team keeps failing, ranked
  • Proof that onboarding moved the skill, not just the completion rate
  • A team scenario built from one lost deal, assigned to everyone

85%

correlation between scores in the trainer and speech analytics on real calls. You see the picture before the field, not after the failure.

+25-40%

improvement in dialogue scores in the first two weeks, at ten or more sessions per rep. Because practice is daily instead of once a quarter.

Numbers above come from our own pilots. We calculate yours during your pilot, before a full contract.

Scenarios

What teams put in the trainer

Cold call and first contact

Getting past the brush off, earning the next two minutes, booking a real next step instead of "send me something."

Discovery

Asking questions before pitching, finding the actual decision criteria, and hearing who else has to say yes.

Price and competitor objections

Holding value when the customer says it is too expensive or that a competitor is cheaper, without going defensive or discounting on reflex.

New product launch

The team has to sell something new next month. Build the scenario the day the deck is ready and let everyone run it.

Difficult and escalating customers

An angry renewal, a broken promise, a customer who interrupts. Practice staying in control when it is not going well.

Replay a lost deal

Turn a meeting that went wrong into a scenario, assign it to the team, and let everyone run that conversation before they meet that type of buyer.

Rollout

What a launch looks like

01

Week 1. Pick the case

We take one conversation that costs you money and build the AI persona and scoring criteria around it. No IT work on your side.

02

Weeks 2-3. First group trains

A group of reps starts running sessions. You get the first skill snapshot of the team and we adjust the persona and the criteria with you.

03

Weeks 4-6. Decide with numbers

A pilot runs four to six weeks. At the end you have skill dynamics per rep, usage data, and a cost model for rolling it out.

After that your own team owns the scenarios. Adding a new one takes minutes, so the trainer keeps up with the script instead of lagging a quarter behind it.

FAQ

Questions leaders ask first

How long until the team is actually using it?

A pilot launches in two to three weeks. No IT integration and no developers. We help build the first scenarios, then your own team edits them in about 15 minutes each.

Will reps use it, or will it sit there like the last tool?

Reps come back because the feedback is immediate, specific, and judgment free. Nobody has to wait for a coach or admit in front of the team that they did not get it.

Our product is complex. Generic scenarios will not work.

Personas are built on your real customers: their objections, their vocabulary, your sales framework. The more specific your product, the bigger the gap between this and a generic simulator.

How is this different from just talking to a chatbot?

A chatbot does not hold a tough objection for three minutes, does not score the conversation against your criteria, and does not show a leader where the team loses deals. This is voice, scoring, and analytics as one system for a team.

Does it replace our coaches?

No. It takes the repetition off them. Coaches stop spending their week on basic reps and spend it on the calls where their judgment actually changes the outcome.

Do you integrate with our LMS?

The platform works standalone, with assignment, analytics, and progress tracking inside it. LMS integration is available over LTI, and there is an open API for internal systems.

Leading a team rather than carrying a quota? The manager view covers skill visibility and assessment. All scenarios are on the solutions overview.

Start with the call your team keeps losing

We will build that scenario and show you the platform running on it. A pilot needs no IT integration.
