Prices are in USD, per seat, per month, excluding taxes. A session is one full conversation with a simulated customer plus the scoring that follows. Starter includes 8 sessions per seat, Team includes 25. Extra sessions cost $2.50 each on Starter and Team. No setup fee, and no separate fee for managers who only read the dashboards.

Custom personas and scenarios

Building AI customers around your own objections, terminology, and buying process is real work on our side. The scope depends on how many roles and products you cover.

Security and hosting

Standard plans run on SOC 2 infrastructure in line with GDPR. A full security review, extra data requirements, or a private cloud or VPC deployment change the setup and the price.

Integrations

pichi.ai works standalone, no LMS required. If you want it inside your LMS over LTI, or wired into internal systems through the API, we scope that with your team.

What a session is

One session is one full conversation with a simulated customer, plus the scoring and feedback that follows it. What the conversation is about is up to you: the sales roleplay scenarios page lists the call moments teams start with. A Team seat gets 25 sessions a month, which is about one per working day. A Starter seat gets 8. Included sessions don't roll over.

When a team practices more

Extra sessions cost $2.50 each on Starter and Team. Onboarding weeks and pre-deal preparation are the usual reasons a seat goes over its included sessions, so for most teams the overage is a one-time thing, not a recurring line item.

Pricing questions

What counts as a seat?

One seat is one named person with their own login. Seats are personal, not shared, because scoring and analytics are tracked per person. A Starter seat comes with 8 practice sessions a month, a Team seat comes with 25, and extra sessions cost $2.50 each on Starter and Team.

Do we have to talk to sales to start?

No. Starter and Team are self-serve. Create your organization at app.pichi.ai/login, add the people you want, and start practicing the same day. Only Enterprise needs a conversation, because seat count, integrations, and security scope change the price.

Can we add and remove people?

Yes. Add seats at any time and pay for the rest of the current period only. Removing seats takes effect at the next renewal.

Is there a minimum commitment?

Monthly billing runs month to month, so you can stop before the next renewal. Yearly billing runs 12 months and costs less per seat.

How does the yearly discount work?

Pay for 6 months up front and the seat costs 10% less. Pay for 12 months and it costs 20% less.

Can we train assistants and support staff, not only closers?

Yes. A seat is a seat, whatever the job title. Anyone who talks to customers can train: SDRs, account managers, sales assistants, support staff, and the managers who coach them. Scenarios are set up per role in the builder.

What about remote and distributed teams?

Same price, same setup. Sessions run in the cloud, so a rep in another city or another country only needs a headset and a quiet room. There's nothing to install.

What's not included in the seat price?

Custom AI personas built on your customer research, LTI and API integrations, private cloud or VPC deployment, and security reviews are scoped separately. Custom personas and LTI/API are add-ons on Team; security reviews and private cloud are Enterprise.

Can we test it before rolling it out to everyone?

Yes. Most teams start with a pilot on their own scenarios, see the analytics on a small group first, then add seats.
